Consumers who wish to file a complaint on an KCA member, please click on the Consumer Complaints tab and fill out the necessary forms. KCA members are listed on the ACA website at www.acainternational.org , under members or under the "Membership" tab to the left. Please verify that the agency is a member of KCA/ACA before submitting your complaint, our association has no control over non-member agencies or lawfirms or first party collectors.
